Combo Adventure Iberostar Cozumel & Playa del Carmen at Tucan with Dressel Divers
Join Go Deep Scuba for a week at the all-inclusive Iberostar Resort on Cozumel and three extra nights at Playa del Carmen in November 2025. You may choose to spend one week in Cozumel, then travel back home OR join us at Playa del Carmen for three extra days of diving & exploration. The choice is yours! Dressel Divers has their dive shop at the Iberostar dock. It is a short walk from our rooms to the dock. The dive sites are minutes away on their comfortable fleet of boats.
After a week of diving on Cozumel, we’ll take the ferry to Playa del Carmen to the Iberostar Tucan on the Mayan Riviera. I have one day diving with Bull Sharks and exploring a Shipwreck scheduled. In addition, your package includes 2 Cenote dives. I will be offering day trips to Tulum and Chichen-Itza. Go to one or both! If Cenote diving is not your thing, receive a deduction. Use the extra day to explore the treasures of Playa del Carmen or just relax.
Iberostar is located on the southern end of Cozumel which means our boat rides are very short. Most sights are less than 10 minutes from the dock! Your surface interval is spent back at the resort instead of on the boat. That means you can pick up something in your room forgotten or freshen up between dives.
We enjoyed our last stay April 2023
Check out the recap at this link: https://godeepscuba.com/cozumel-april-2023-at-iberostar/
I am offering the resort for 8 days and 7 nights with 5 days of 2-tank dives. Our package includes round trip airport transfers, resort fees, and taxes. As an added bonus, we have free Nitrox. Need to get Enriched Air Nitrox certified? We can get you certified on Cozumel! Contact me for a price.
Both Iberostar resorts are all-inclusive resorts that include lodging, taxes, meals, alcoholic beverages, resort tips, and airport/resort transportation.
This will be the 4th time Go Deep Scuba has stayed with Iberostar on Mexico’s largest island, Cozumel. The rooms are clean & well maintained. Plus, they are close to the dock! We all have individual lockers at the Dive Center to keep our gear safe & dry when we’re not diving. The buffet meals included in your package are plentiful and delicious. In addition, you can opt for other specialty dinner restaurants. They require separate reservations, but are a fun experience. Don’t forget the nightly entertainment! Every night the resort offers delightful entertainment. The shows were a big hit on our last trip. Enjoy adult beverages at no extra charge, they’re included!
Extend your Caribbean adventure! Jump on the ferry that takes us to Playa del Carmen were we take a short ride to the Tucan Iberostar Resort for three more nights.
Cozumel offers Caribbean diving at its finest. I love average water temps between 78-82F and average visibility of 100+ feet while diving destinations such as Palancar Reef, Yucab, Paso del Cedral, Punta Sur, and several walls just off shore a few minutes away.
Choose to stay at the Iberostar Cozumel for a week and head back home or stay for the Combo Adventure. It’s your choice!
